1. What we collect

For the server-side Google Ads purchase-upload route described below, we check recorded withdrawals before sending an eligible purchase. Some other server-side measurement, including Meta events already stored with an enquiry or order, uses the consent snapshot saved with that record. A later withdrawal in this browser does not by itself rewrite that earlier snapshot.

Contact fields used for advertising matching may be hashed before they are sent. Hashing does not make the information anonymous or impossible to relate to a person.

Linking payments to Google Ads

If you give advertising permission before you pay, and you do not withdraw that permission before the purchase is sent, we may send limited order information to this site's Google Ads account. That can include an order reference, the time of payment, the amount and currency, and an advertising click identifier. The purpose is to measure whether advertising led to a paid order.

Refusing advertising permission does not block shopping, quotes, orders, or payment. Connecting a Google account in our admin tool is not your consent. We do not treat an earlier visit, an old cookie choice, or a choice made after payment as permission for an order that has already been paid. An order without the required evidence is not eligible. A refund does not by itself remove information Google has already received.

This route is not enabled on the site at the time this page was published. This page does not say that purchase events have already been sent or attributed.

7. Access, correction and complaints

We aim to reply within 12 hours on business days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Administrator Google connection

The admin tool named 3D SHOE CHARMS UK Purchase is not a customer Google login and it is not a login for other merchants. It requests Google Data Manager access plus OpenID and email, so the site can prepare a consented UK purchase measurement workflow. It does not request Gmail, Drive, or other Google Ads scopes. The Google permission screen may describe the access more broadly; this site uses it only for that UK purchase workflow.

Connecting the admin account does not turn on purchase uploads and does not consent for customers. Refresh credentials are encrypted when stored. They are not shown on this page or in ordinary logs. The connection can be removed from the admin page or from the Google account. Revoking access in Google can affect other applications in the same Google Cloud project. Credentials can expire or be revoked. Use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
