1. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. For delivery within the United Kingdom, VAT, duties and clearance fees are covered by us — see our Shipping Policy. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. Payment is processed via the methods offered at checkout (including PayPal).
2. Artwork and proofs
You confirm you have the right to use all artwork and text you submit. We provide a free digital proof for custom orders. Production begins after your approval. You are responsible for checking the proof.
3. Production times
Lead times in the configurator are estimates. Delays can occur due to artwork issues, peak seasons, carrier disruptions or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes according to the carrier terms once dispatched; please report transit damage promptly with photos.
5. Returns
Custom products are generally non-returnable for change of mind. See our Returns Policy for production-error remedies.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to remaking the goods or refunding the amount paid for the affected items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory UK consumer law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply in your part of the United Kingdom.
